2010 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of the Emerald Coast, FL

 

Together, for the event below, we were able to raise $1150.00 for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. What was the difference? YOU!

 

On January 27th my wife, Marcy Hancock was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. On February 18th, she underwent 4 hours of surgery to remove the malignant tumor and four lymph nodes. Recently, Marcy began the process of preparing for a succession of chemotherapy treatments.

 

U.S. Air Force 1Lt Scott Eberle will be participating in the “Ochsner Ironman 70.3” in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 18th. To honor Marcy during the event, he will wear a pink bracelet with her name on it to raise donations and awareness.

 

One hundred percent of your contributions will be donated to:

Risen Fight Ministry exists to be a culturally relevant ministry that offers biblical answers to the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs within the mixed martial arts (MMA) community. We are committed to influencing those involved with MMA by being passionate about the spiritual condition of those we encounter. We believe that God cares about the spiritual condition of everyone and our goal is to provide prayer support, Bible study, and accountability.

Risen Fight Wear is an off-shoot of Risen Fight Ministry. It primarily exists to support mixed martial artists and schools and off set the costs of the ministry. We at Risen also believe in giving back. A portion of the proceeds from all Risen items are donated to support organizations and charities.
